Any species labeled NON CITES does not require an additional permit from USFWS to export outside of the USA.  Any species labeled CITES appendix 2 or 3 will require Captive born CITES documents to ship outside of the USA.  CITES paperwork generally takes 1 to 6 months to receive back from USFWS.  An extra fee applies to all CITES species for international  sale only.   USA sales do not require cites documents.  They are only labeled for Exports outside of the USA.
