Aquatic Turtle Morphs Shipping & Payment Information

Aquatic Turtle Morphs cares about the health and safety of our aquatic turtle morphs, albino turtles, red eared slider morphs, baby turtles, baby tortoises and blue tongue skinks.  We carefully pack all animals accordingly in certified boxes, lined with quality insulation and heat/chill packs to protect them from critical temperatures. We carefully monitor weather conditions between destinations to refrain from any delays or unsafe conditions. If we feel that it is unsafe to ship any animal(s) we will contact you for further arrangements.

We ship all of our Live Animal order via FedEx priority overnight. All of our orders require a signature at the shipped destination. If nobody is available to accept delivery, you can choose to have the package held at FedEx location for pick up. Please be aware, that once a package is shipped, it is difficult to change the destination.

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx Priority overnight.  FedEx usually delivers by 10:30am. Though, other areas are guaranteed by 12:00pm or by the end of the day. In some cases (rare), FedEx can take two days to get to customers in rural areas. When this does occur, the Live Arrival guarantee is void.

Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as it is available to us. This is usually no later than 8:00pm.

Please be aware: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please arrange to have the package sent somewhere it can be safely delivered (with signature) or have it held at your nearest FedEx location.

FedEx does not deliver on any major holidays.

Aquatic Turtle Morphs does export out of the United States but not via FedEx.  Please scroll to the bottom of this page for more info on exports.

Wildlife Laws: Each U.S. State has countless wildlife laws, and we strive to obey each and every one. We will certainly not knowingly ship any turtle morph, albino turtle, red eared slider morph, baby turtle, baby tortoise or blue tongue skink in violation of any federal, state, or local law. Please research your laws before placing an order with us, and do not ask us to make an exception.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be easily cancelled before shipment. However, if the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made.

We ship all of our aquatic turtle morphs, albino turtles, red eared slider morphs, baby turtles, baby tortoises and blue tongue skinks using Southwest airlines Monday - Thursday of every week.  Southwest Airlines is better used for larger orders or orders that are weather dependent. 

We offer international shipping on any of our aquatic turtle morphs, albino turtles, red eared slider morphs, baby turtles, baby tortoises and blue tongue skinks as long as the order total is over $2,000.00 USD.  We have been exporting animals worldwide for the past 10 years.  We are a licensed exporter with the USFWS.  

For domestic retail orders sold here in the USA for any of our aquatic turtle morphs, albino turtles, red eared slider morphs, baby turtles, baby tortoises and blue tongue skinks we accept several forms of payment.  PayPal, bank deposit,  bank wire and cashier checks are accepted.  If paid with any of these payment methods all orders will ship once payment has cleared our account. 

For International orders sold outside of the USA for any of our aquatic turtle morphs, albino turtles, red eared slider morphs, baby turtles, baby tortoises and blue tongue skinks we only accept bank wire.  Once paid, your order will ship once payment has cleared our account.  For international export orders with CITES animals your the customer will be required to pay the $120 additional fee for CITES permits per CITES species shipped.  Most of the species we carry are non CITES and do not require this, however a few species we breed do require CITES for export and those permits sometimes take anywhere from 1 to 6 months to come back to us via USFWS.
